Photography Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions: Photographs submitted to this competition cannot be returned. Judges’ decision is final. Singapore Tourism Board (STB) will have full ownership of the photos and The Independent will be able to use them with STB’s permission. Winning pictures may be used in publicity. Winners will be notified by 13 October 2007. No cash alternatives. The winner will win the following prize: the prize is a holiday for two adults for four nights in Singapore. The prize includes return flights from London, transfers to and from the hotel and hotel accommodation. The hotel and airline will be selected by STB and are entirely at their discretion. The hotel will be a minimum of three stars. The prize winners will be paying for their own meals. Transfers to and from the hotel will be included. The holiday is not available in conjunction with any other offer or made in retrospect. Supplements such as insurance, pre-bookable extras apply at full price. Trips are subject to availability in the correct class of service. Bookings must be made at least 14 days before intended travel. Tickets are nontransferable. Tickets must not be sold or auctioned. Prize winners must pay their own departure taxes/surcharges. If more than one ticket is offered, flights must be taken together. Date changes are not permitted after booking. Each of the two winners is required to take 15 photographs of unique Singapore whilst on their holiday and STB will have full ownership of these photos.
